For our client in the Energy sector we are looking for an experienced BUYER of electrical equipment who can independently handle all logistical aspects of the job.

Start date: 13/01/2020

End date: 31/12/2021

Function information


Experienced buyer of electrical equipment who can independently handle all logistical aspects of the job. This includes the following tasks in our SAP system:

  • Bending from ATB to order
  • Follow-up and evaluation of order confirmations based on price and timing
  • Coordination with supplier
  • Sending reminders
  • Forecast of critical materials (cable, transformers, digital meters, ...)
  • Optimize the order parameters i.f.v. consumption rotation and cost-efficient inventory management
  • Follow-up of specific logistics needs (projects, booths, ...)
  • Register and follow up complaints
  • Analyzing deviating invoices in the workflow
  • Priority handling of stock breaches


Technical context

  • solid experience working with an ERP package module Material Management (preferably SAP R3)
  • advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel)

Requirements


  • Demonstrable experience with current IT applications (MS Office, in particular MS Excel) (must)
  • Demonstrable experience in drafting and following up corrective measures (price / quality) (must)
  • Demonstrable experience in applying P2P (procure to pay) (must)
  • Demonstrable experience with inventory management (must)
  • Demonstrable experience with complaint management
  • Demonstrable experience with supplier management
  • Demonstrable user experience with an ERP package (module material management), preferably SAP R / 3
  • Demonstrable experience in drawing up a forecast (stock management)
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent (must)
  • Proficiency in Dutch, French & English (speaking and writing)
