As a Management Assistant yyou will offer support to the Country Director and Sales Director and you will deliver some support to other teams by working on different projects with them:
More concretely: you will have the following roles:
1) Personal assistant of country manager / sales director

  • Fully responsible for fluent agenda management
  • Travel management
  • Declare expenses
  • Calendar & meeting management
  • Ad hoc requests
2) Leadership team support
  • Management of leadership agenda
  • Management overall company calendar
  • Admin support for leadership team
  • Agenda & Travel management
  • Organize visits of CODI members to Belgium
  • Order lunches, flowers, presents, etc when appropriate
  • Coordinate yearly holiday planning for leadership team
3) HR assistance
  • Responsible for organizing yearly events (Christmas, Sinterklaas, New Year, Summer, Market day out, etc¿)
  • Collaborate in WISE actions throughout the year (member of WISE committee)
  • Create & update organizational charts + post on Workplace
  • Onboarding of newcomers & exits:
oPlan onboarding sessions
oSox IN-MUT-OUT + clio¿s for materials
oWorkplaces message for newcomers & exits
  • Birthday / work anniversary celebrations
  • HR specific requests
  • Business update: agenda + overall arrangements
4) Other
  • Mail distribution of Dairy
  • Update mail boxes (pigeonholes) with names
  • PO management
  • Ad hoc requests
